    耶稣会弟子陆,讳伯嘉,号德音,泰西拂郎济亚国人。缘慕贞修,弃家遗世,在会二十三年。于康熙三十九年庚辰东来中华,至康熙五十七年戊戍闰八月十四日卒于顺天府,年五十七岁。

    Tomb of Disciple Lu of the Society of Jesus

    Disciple Lu of the Society of Jesus, given name Bojia, style name Deyin, was a native of the country of Francia in the Far West. Driven by admiration for devout practice, he left his home and abandoned worldly life. He was in the Society for twenty-three years. In the 39th year of the Kangxi reign (1700), he came east to China. He passed away in Shuntian Prefecture on the 14th day of the 8th month in the 57th year of the Kangxi reign (1718), at the age of fifty-seven.
