纪先生讳理安,号云风,系大西洋热尔玛尼亚国人。自幼贞修。于康熙三十三年岁次甲戌入中国,钦命治理历法九载,于五十九年六月二十日卒。在会四十七年,享寿六十五岁。

Tomb of Father Ji of the Society of Jesus
Father Ji of the Society of Jesus, given name Li'an, style name Yunfeng, was a native of the country of Germania in the Far West. He devoted himself to religious practice from his youth. In the 33rd year of the Kangxi reign (1694), he entered China and was imperially appointed to manage calendar reform for nine years. He passed away on the 20th day of the 6th month in the 59th year of the Kangxi reign (1720). He was in the Society for forty-seven years and enjoyed a longevity of sixty-five years.

Father Kilian Stumpf, a German from Wuerzburg, of the Society of Jesus, professed of four vows, and lived in the China mission for 26 years. He died in Beijing in the Lord, on the 24th of July in the Year of Our Lord 1720, 48 years after having entered the Society, and at the age of 65.
